History

Started by Tom Aldridge I in 1927 in Detroit
Persevered through the Great Depression
Moved to Greenville in the late 1970s
Grew significantly with the growth of manufacturing in the area during the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s
Integrated capabilities in design, machining, and fabrication, including project management and onsite services
Focus on quality, service, and a “WIT” (“whatever it takes”) mentality to solving customer problems and delivering for them
Tom Aldridge II, great-grandson of the founder, ran company in 2010s, focus on culture of care for employees
